Falt4 is OpenSource!

Falt4, formerly known as NetCMS is now OpenSource. Falt4 is a web content management system designed for small to midrange websites. The whole system has been released under the LGPL (lesser GPL License) and is, so called, "free software". The system comes with a lot of modules and even more core features, which come in very handy for daily use. Falt4 is easy to use and has been tested during the developmentphase on a lot of customers, where some of them had no website experience at all. Also included: Falt4 is Multilingual in every aspect - and this is just the beginning. Including a system wide media database to manage all your files, a template editor and an integrated publishing system with versioning support are just a few of the strong core features of falt4.

Our Website has been launched. We are happy to announce that all of our products will be Open Source, either GPL or Creative Commons.

We believe this is the best because Open Source is cooperative where other ways of doing software can be combative. Open Source is strong to achieve sustained success for our customers and in the end for our culture. Open Source is one vehicle for improving the lot of mankind, and for having fun while we"re at it.
